Data cleaning can begin as soon as a given member’s survey is marked Done--You can greatly shorten the time between a survey’s deadline and releasing a survey’s results
Dirty Surveys reporting tool
- Returns a list of Done surveys that have annotated serious problems
- If annotations are acceptable, cleaner hits button to mark survey Cleaned & Frozen
- If annotations are not acceptable, data cleaner adjusts data or contacts the respondent for further clarification
Error-free Surveys reporting tool
- Returns a list of Done surveys with no serious or fatal errors
- Used to spot-check effectiveness of existing validation rules
- Used to move error-free surveys to Cleaned & Frozen status singly or en masse
Unfinished Surveys reporting tool
- Provides tools to deal with surveys that haven't been marked Done at deadline
